INSTRUCTION:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Take 8-1/2 by 4-1/2 bread loaf pan and spray with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, mix barley flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder together.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk, oil, and honey.
- Pour liquid ingredients into the flour mixture and stir until combined.
- Add toppings according your preference (nuts, oats etc.), or omit this step in all.
- Pour the batter into the bread loaf pan and bake for 35 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry and clean.
