  • 1-1/4 tsp salt
  • 1-1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey, plus toppings of your choice

How to Prepare Quick Barley Bread Without Yeast

Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 40 min | Total Time: 50 min | Servings: 15 slices

INSTRUCTION:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Take 8-1/2 by 4-1/2 bread loaf pan and spray with nonstick spray.
  • In a bowl, mix barley flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder together.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk, oil, and honey.
  • Pour liquid ingredients into the flour mixture and stir until combined.
